Putting money raised last week back to work
My rules forced the exit from four trades last week, with three of them closing at a loss. Today, I will put some of the money raised from those three trades into one of our stocks that appears to have explosive near-term potential.
It will take the investment in this stock to the maximum allowed.
I have repeatedly targeted the Nuclear industry over the last couple of years. It is a sector primed for growth, and much of that growth will come from new emerging technologies.
The demand for enriched materials spans multiple sectors, from nuclear energy to medical drug development. Companies involved in enrichment are often overlooked as people focus on the companies building nuclear reactors.
Much of the technology being used for enrichment is prohibitively expensive, with long lead times and uncertain outcomes.
The established centrifuge technology is more than 40 years old and a facility can cost up to $1 billion to build; the industry is primed for a new emerging technology to enter.
Today, I will increase my investment in a company with a proven ability to build enrichment facilities at one-tenth the cost of established technology. It has operational sites and has started commercial shipments.
The price is low and the company remains under the radar; it should be a great investment, but as always, it is a small-cap pre-profit operation, so care is needed and risk management is crucial.
This may be the first in a slew of investments as I take advantage of today’s low prices.
